Junior Division 4 League
Ruan travelled to Gurteen on Friday evening last to play round 4 of the seasons Junior Division 4 league games. It was our home side that took control in the first half with points from Aoife Shannon, Ciara Duggan, and Amy Lenihan as well as a goal from Leanne Meaney and another goal from Lenihan. Ruan only managed a point in the closing minutes of the first half to leave them trailing the home side by 2-8 to that single point.
The second half however saw Ruan fight hard and were rewarded with a goal and 2 points while St. Joseph’s clocked up a further point this time from Ciara Whelan.
